Watch as Coach Vince Anderson explains and shows practice clips of these hurdle mobility warmup drills. Make sure that you use 27-inch hurdles for female athletes, and some male athletes, as 30-inch hurdles are too high and can induce bad posture. He will focus on single leg, double leg, and the over/under mobility drills. The athletes will alternate the lead leg with the single, and double and with the over/under. They should alternate the direction they are facing so they are always using a different lead leg.
