Watch as Coach explains, and an athlete demonstrates the A-Drill, which is the best teaching drill for the glide. This is a two-part drill that is worked separately making sure the technique is correct before blending them together. Coach covers the split position and the recovery position in detail and also shows examples of mistakes that athletes will make along with the corrections.
