Work this drill in front of the pit with the bar so the athlete will keep the head up and eyes on the bar. Coach explains and a jumper demonstrates starting in a low position with the penultimate leg forward and pushing through over the penultimate leg staying low, working back and forth. This is a challenging drill and the jumper will feel the burn but even more so when adding additional weight.
