Jumper’s Pool Recovery with Jesse Chapman

Watch as Coach Jesse Chapman explains, and jumpers demonstrate this recovery exercise. The exercise starts in the pool with the jumpers doing jumps in place, running against a wall with high knees. The jumpers get out of the pool and work through a general bodyweight circuit focusing on push-ups, crunches, and squats. This is a multiple-cycle exercise, and the process will be repeated.

Jesse Chapman was previously a coach at San Diego State University.
