Watch as Coach explains, and a hurdler demonstrates this five-step hurdle drill. This drill works on the lead and trail leg going over the top as the hurdler runs down the track. Make sure the hurdler is on the balls of their feet with a slight forward lean and the shoulders square. This a great drill for working technique without using lots of energy.
