Watch as Coach Shelton Ervin discusses developing the psyche mind/spirit of his athletes. He believes that he gets his kids to perform better without giving them additional workouts, by working on their psyche. The goal is to have talented and educated athletes focusing on communication. It is important that the athletes understand the "why" of what you are asking of them. Coach Ervin will explain will power, effort, threshold, and execution.
