Watch as Coach explains, and sprinters demonstrate Cat Jumps. The Russians developed this drill over twenty years ago and it involves jumping off high places and sticking the landing. As the athletes jump and land, they will have no play in their hips, no sag or falling forward, and all the force is absorbed.
