Watch as Coach explains and shows video of this acceleration wall drill. Have the athlete get into a good post-up position with a good lean. Start them posting up one leg at a time working to a march with the goal of pushing the wall back and over. Teach the athlete the basics of a good stance, making sure they have a proper on-your-mark position so they can rise into a good set position and have them post up. They should jog and push while rising until they are vertical.
