Watch as Coach David Neville explains, and a sprinter demonstrates this 200m turn drill. The drill incorporates nine cones that are spaced apart and get closer as they near the 200m mark. As the athlete gets to the first cone, they must mentally become aware of the approaching change. They must change the rhythm of their hands at the last cone before the 200m mark and be committed to going all out to the finish line.
