100m Finish with Dave Pavlansky – USATF

Work the lean. Watch as Coach explains that it is always important to practice the finish. The finish can be practiced at the end of a warmup, the beginning of a cool down or on a recovery day. He demonstrates the lean with two arms back and then shows the swim to the camera which will give the runner an additional six inches.
