Watch as Coach talks about the benefits of using external coaching cues. For example, "spin off the platform" is a training cue he uses to remind players of body position and how the space between the body and the platform will change the spin of the ball. Giving players bits of external feedback allows them to maintain a high level of training when practicing on their own.
