Watch as Coach Jenny Glenn explains, and players demonstrate this competitive drill that is great for conditioning. This is a narrow court, timed drill and can be played 2v2 or 3v3. Players will compete for 30 seconds to a minute, keeping score, and winners move up a court and losing teams move down. The lowest scoring team is in exile. If a team is scored on and the ball hits the ground without being touched - dig or die kill - it means immediate exile. Highest scoring team wins after a certain number of rounds.
