Watch as Coach explains this 5-on-5 middle vs. middle team drill. You can run this drill with the middle or setter allowed to block or with just the middle blocking. The drill starts with a down ball initiation (two per side then switch) with the goal of setting the middles. The game is played to a score of 15 and is a great competitive drill for the middles as well as an excellent cardio workout.
