Nothing is set in stone. Watch as Coach Paco Labrador explains his belief in growth mindset and how he applies it to his coaching. In growth mindset nothing is fixed, and everything can have growth. As an example, when coaching a struggling player always use the word 'yet' when stating a player cannot do something. To achieve growth, the players must be unencumbered, not be afraid to make mistakes, and not be afraid to be constantly judged.
