General Days: Lifting with Ethan Rich – Chadron State College

Watch as Coach explains that general days are when you focus on the depleting glycogen levels and regional body parts. These lifts allow for training biceps and triceps, hamstrings, quads, glutes, lower back. He recommends combining general lifts with speed and endurance days.
