Watch as Coach discusses and shows practice video of these triple jump landing progression drills. Start by jumping off and landing in a semi-squat position. The progression continues with the jumper landing and squatting down, working on the proper position. The final progression has the jumper landing then pulling the arms through. Coach will also show video of the Landing Pit Drill which features all aspects of the landing progression drills.
