The Wall Drill works on hip rotation, focusing on toe out, knee up, and thigh through with the teaching cue being out, up, and through. Start the drill on the wall then incorporate the hurdle. The Standing Drill works the same concepts as the Wall Drill with the same teaching cue of out, up, and through.
