Watch as Coach Ryan Banta explains and shows practice video of the "Sprinter's Weight Room Without Walls" that involves medicine and Swiss stability balls. Coach covers in detail the following medicine ball drills: Runner's Stride Ball Toss (working the front side of the body), the Hop Forward, High Throw (that works on increasing quad strength), the Overhead Back Toss (that works on the glutes, hamstrings, and calf muscles), and the Squat Chest Pass (for building elastic strength). He will also cover the two drills using a Swiss stability ball: Hamstring Roll Under and the Quadricep Roll Under.
