One Hour Rule with Andrew Rock – Bethel University

Watch as Coach discusses the one hour rule for lifting weights. If you are working out for more than one hour, you are not working hard enough. A properly designed program will fatigue your CNS and muscles in 60 minutes. Too much lifting will be counterproductive and will impact recovery.
