One Hour Rule with Andrew Rock – Bethel University

April 14, 2021 • By Wisconsin Track Coaches Association

Watch as Coach discusses the one hour rule for lifting weights. If you are working out for more than one hour, you are not working hard enough. A properly designed program will fatigue your CNS and muscles in 60 minutes. Too much lifting will be counterproductive and will impact recovery.

This clip comes from a full-length session from the Wisconsin Track Coaches Association (WISTCA) Virtual Coaches Clinic that was held on Jan. 25, Feb. 1, and Feb. 8, 2021.
