The Bleacher Drill has the athlete walking up the bleachers, keeping the posture and chest up. Focus on keeping the drive knee up and not getting in the sand too early. The Sitting Seated Landing Drill works on letting the hips drop in and the heels hit the sand and not falling backwards.
