Hamstring Injury Prevention and Sprinting with Josh Ireland – Univ. of Wisconsin-Whitewater

Watch as Coach explains that hamstring injuries among sprinters are common, and he will discuss ways to prevent them. Offsetting hamstring injuries involves mechanics and strengthening. Coach will explain and show video of specific exercises that strengthen the hamstrings and help prevent injury.
