Watch as Coach explains, and a sprinter demonstrates the 400m B-Skip Drill. This is different than the A-Skip Drill as the knee will open and cycle out in front while pulling down. Make sure that the athlete has one foot on the ground at a time and that they are not reaching out then pulling the leg down. They want to be aggressive with the arms on the pull down.
