Watch as Coach explains how he gets his players to buy in to the 'team concept'. It is important for coaches, teammates, and players to understand what they do well. Players get to do what they do well in practice and game situations. Players that make shots in practice get to shoot the ball in games. Everyone must play defense if they want to be on the court. The coaches are constantly communicating with the players in practice and in the film room. This communication and feedback allow the players to learn their roles.
