View more from the video provider • February 23, 2021 • By Championship Productions

Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates proper steps for leg penetration. Many wrestlers feel frustrated when they shoot, and coach will show a couple examples of the problems they incur. An extended shot is when the chest gets over the knee the wrestler will end up on the mat. When the wrestler shoots the foot must be up when the knee hits the mat. Coach will show the proper technique that eliminates both problems.
