Watch as Coach Dan Meske explains, and players demonstrate this slide attacking drill progression. Start by tossing balls over the net to your middles which helps to train vision, making it easy for players to spot the ball. Next, change the angle of your toss which will make it feel more like a live slide, giving players a chance to practice adjusting their approach for an out-of-system ball. Lastly, Coach suggests cutting down the court to create a runway and having players focus on their finish and landing on two feet.
