Watch as Coach Kaylee Prigge explains, and players demonstrate the breakouts they use to train game-like serving. The first breakout is 5 minutes and players are limited to 6 reps. Coach uses chairs on the court to give players targets. Coach calls out a seam and players have 6 reps to hit it. Another breakout is a server vs. passer timed competition with targets and points awarded with pass completion.
