Prime Our Posture Drill with Kelly Hunter Natter – Univ. of Nebraska

Watch as Coach Kelly (Hunter) Natter explains, and players demonstrate the everyday 'Prime Our Posture Drill'. The player will stand on a BOSU ball and hit the ball off a tilted board. She will do 50 reps as fast as possible, focusing on keeping the chest up with the hands low and in front. The board is on an angle so the player can finish through the ball and not over the top.
