Watch as Coach Melissa Wolter explains and players demonstrate this competitive dot passing drill. Using circles on the court, Coach has players focus on control while tracking the ball and presenting their platform early. This drill teaches players to be patient and use the flexibility in their hips and ankles. Coach has players run the drill high, showing how hard it can be, then switches back to the correct form – core and hips down, staying under the ball, dropping it onto the dot.
