Watch as Coach Renee Saunders explains, and players demonstrate this 3-person pepper drill progression. In groups of three, players will rotate after 5 swings. This is great for hand control (thumb down, thumb up) and hand-eye coordination. Every player will train digging, setting, and swinging. First, players focus on getting a touch block in the middle. Next, the middle player will step to the side allowing the hitter to work on hitting around the block.
