Watch as Coach Renee Saunders explains, and players demonstrate these 2-ball drills which focus on ball control and help players filter out distractions. Players partner up and start by passing and rolling balls to each other (players must focus on the pass and ignore the roll which is the distraction). Next is the kick and pass which improves coordination. Players then start a rapid-fire toss and pass which helps train vision and memory and forces players to think about what is coming next. This is great for warmups, can use for passing and setting, and allows players to get in a lot of touches.
