Max Velocity: Dorsiflex Warmups with Ernie Clark – Northern Arizona Univ.

Watch as Coach Ernie Clark explains that dorsiflexion means that an athlete's toe is up, but the ball of the foot is slightly lower than the heel. Coach will explain and show practice video of the following dorsiflex warmup drills: Ballerinas, Quick Skip, A Skip, C Skip, and Pogo Jumps.

Coach Ernie Clark was previously a coach at San Jose State University.
