Leadership: Chain of Command with Jack Clark – Univ. of CA, Berkeley

January 5, 2022 • By Georgia Basketball Coaches Association

Coach believes in chain of command with the ability to make decisions, set strategy, and go forward. He encourages collaboration and participation in the process, but the coach must be responsible for decisions. He believes that everyone can be a leader and has the ability to make everyone better and more productive. It is a powerful tool if everybody believes it is their responsibility to contribute to the leadership of the team.
