It is important to have a backup plan and be able to have indoor workouts in small places. Coach recommends storing old poles indoors just in case of poor weather. This partner pole vaulting drill works on getting vertical and upside down. The athletes should be close to the pole, getting their legs up out of the water. Make sure that this drill has adult supervision.
