How We Practice Relays with Kebba Tolbert – Harvard Univ.

Watch as Coach Kebba Tolbert explains that the athletes involved in relays also participate in individual events. They practice relays twice a week usually in conjunction with acceleration or maximum velocity work. He wants those involved in the relays to be serious and focused when practicing so they don't need to practice as often, as to not take away preparation from their individual event.
