Watch as Coach Nickolas Davis explains, and high jumpers demonstrate these flight drills. The series starts with back flops which allow the jumper to feel the arch and become comfortable with it. Arch-overs work on frogging the legs out and getting the chin to the chest. Short approach ramp jumps give the jumper more time in the air and exaggerates the flight.
