Watch as Coach explains, and a hurdler demonstrates these 300m hurdle wall drills. The 1st drill, the Lead Leg Wall Plant, has the hurdler driving the lead leg into the wall. Key positions are the knee drive and knee/toe up, simulating driving through the hurdle. The 2nd drill, the Trail Leg, starts with trail leg phase work and Coach will explain in detail each of the three phases. The last wall drill is the Trail Leg Cycle Drill, where the hurdle is placed back from the wall, the hurdler takes a few steps back, then walks into the wall working their trail leg over the hurdle.
