Leal Anderson responds to a question regarding their event management staff and whether they use school employees, volunteers, or hire an outside service. Austin ISD uses an outside company to hire their event management staff so it is a contracted service. The staff is trained and managed by the school and if there are any issues with event staff then the school will work directly with those individuals to retrain if necessary and resolves the issues.
