Training Your Metabolism with Joey Boyens – ekin Nutrition

Increasing metabolism is achieved by putting calories into the body and burning them all off. Timing is important as this process needs to be repeated on a regular basis. If the wrestler does not eat and drink regularly then the body will hold on to the calories and the metabolism will not increase.
