Watch as Coach Tervel Dlagnev explains that the goal is to turn a 50/50 collar tie position into a 60/40 or 70/30 advantage. Coach instructs the athletes to headslip, use the collar tie hand, and then move into a swing single leg. Stay low and nod the chin to the chest and push the hand off. From this position drop the hand, chase the tie, and disappear, executing the single leg. It is important when shooting not to hold the head too long as this telegraphs attacks.
