Watch as Coach Patrick Dunn explains his team-building point system. The wrestlers can earn points by attending summer strength and conditioning (which also builds camaraderie with different sports' athletes). They can also attend four wrestling practices a week with two in the morning (and one in the evening for wrestlers who have day jobs). Character points can be earned for volunteer work in the community. At the end of the summer, the point totals are added up and the wrestler with a certain point range gets to use the nice locker room with all the bells and whistles. Those without enough points must use the normal locker room. This system is building team unity and is not based on talent or results but individual commitment.
