Watch as Coach Dave Crowell discusses teaching skills that require multiple steps and speed such as offensive takedowns. He feels it is a mistake to teach in a step 1, 2, 3 format as there is hesitation in the wrestler's mind about executing the steps. His suggestion is to put them in perfect position to finish a move. He then backs it up with the emphasis on speed.
