Watch as Coach Ryan Deakin explains and demonstrates this sweep single and finish. His first moves are a backhand punch then the right hand, circle, make the opponent take a step, sweep the leg and step up to your feet. He does not recommend stepping back to lift the leg up but to step into and drive the opponent as the leg is lifted. He upper cuts the knee with his free hand then with a lite kick takes the opponent to the mat.
