Watch as Coach Dalton Jensen explains and demonstrates mechanical techniques that can benefit a wrestler in the top position. The focus from the top is to prevent the opponent from getting to his feet by placing weight on the hands, breaking him forward, and turning him. He will cover the following mechanics: knee placement to help in driving forward to the hands, chest placement so that you can get weight on the palms, the tight waist hand, and the forearms need to be glued to the opponent's hip for control and leverage.
