Watch as Coach Austin DeVoe explains and demonstrates the importance of positioning in the Quad Pod. The feet should be outside of the shoulders with the knees slightly bent and the head straight up. It is key to have a good balance point and not be overextended with the hands out and the butt ahead of the feet. Coach will demonstrate two methods of executing the Quad Pod. #1 is a hard seal in with the elbow and a knee up and a knee out. # 2 is a hand rotation, dip the shoulder and windshield wiper with the feet, then circle up.
