Watch as Coach Austin DeVoe explains and demonstrates a quad pod cradle defense. From a quad pod position, the inside knee will go down between the legs while the inside foot does not move. Move the hands across the body, opposite of the down knee with the head and chest straight up. Don't slide out but go straight down and straight up.
