Watch as Coach Jarion Beets explains and demonstrates this hand-fighting-to-attack drill. Coach Beets recommends this drill for wrestlers who don't like to shoot or have trouble finding their shot. The drill begins with hand fighting, and when Coach Beets calls "shot," the wrestler has three seconds to take one. The goal of the hand fighting is to establish a control position and set up the attack.
