Watch as Coach Marcus Hoehn explains and demonstrates the proper positioning for a front headlock. Place the hand on the chin with the elbow tight at the side. Keep the shoulder heavy in the spine with the head up. Keep the other hand on the triceps, the arm pulled out from the body, and point your knees and toes outside the frame.
