Watch as Coach Mark Branch explains, and wrestlers demonstrate this focus set-up drill. Coach will call out the cues (single and double) to one wrestler and they must react quickly as there is not enough time to think. Mistakes will happen and this drill forces the wrestler to focus on what is next and recover quickly. The wrestlers must focus on the cues then execute using good technique and maintaining a proper staggered stance.
