Watch as Dr. Jason Grindstaff explains and shows video of a model for highly-effective coaching. As a coach you need to describe and breakdown the movement pattern to your wrestlers. The movement must be demonstrated, and a cue provided. After all the prep, wrestlers must perform and you must provide feedback making corrections as needed.
